Q: Is it possible to have my username removed from this service? A: In accordance with PokerStars policy of allowing its players to choose to not to be searchable you can remove your
PokerStars username from being listed by filling out this form.


Q: If during my trial I buy more sms messages, but am not signed up for an account other than the my trial, will I continue to get messages for all players at all stakes? A: Whether you've purchased additional sms messages, or you are working with the ones that come with the trial, you will continue to receive sms alerts for all stakes while your trial is active. Once your trial expires, you will not receive sms messages until you purchase a subscription. Additional purchased sms messages do not have an expiration date - they are good until completely used.

Q: What if I don’t want to receive emails, but only text messages? A: The Alert List page gives you the option of picking and choosing whichever alert method you desire. You have the ability to recieve different alert types for different players.


Q: What are games/levels are you currently tracking A: We currently support hold’em, omaha, stud, and mixed games at limits of $0.50/$1 and up.


Q: Are there any plans to have PlayerGPS track other poker sites? A: We're already in the developing stages of supporting Cake, Everest, Bwin, Pacific Poker(888), Entraction, and Boss Media.


Q: Do you support tournament and/or play money games? A: We do not send alerts for play money games or tournament play.


Q: Are SMS alerts free? A: The sms alerts are the only service that have an additional cost attached.


Q: What is the price for the product? A: The service is now free with the exception of SMS Messaging.


Q: Is there a limit on how many players I can have on my PlayerGPS Alert List? A: Unlimited.


Q: What is the exact info I will get from a player alert? A: You will be notified of the player that is online. You would then proceed to the "Now Playing" page for full details.
